Guest access
Guests have access to everything inside the apartment, The backyard area under the deck, and the shared outdoor laundry area.
There is a garage in the alley that you are welcome to use. The garage is on the smaller side, so it is helpful if you have a smaller vehicle. It can take a little getting used to but it is doable. However, if you choose to use it, it would be at your own risk.
Other things to note
Parking can be hard to find in this area after 5 pm when everyone is coming home from work. I suggest using Uber, Lyft or walking as often as you can.
