This apartment is on the second floor of a Craftsman four-plex, and has a great view of the quaint street below, even view of one of Long Beach's iconic buildings. The building was built in 1913, and is a historical landmark in Long Beach (there is a plaque out front). There are beautiful, original built-in cabinets throughout. There are many old-fashioned characteristics of the apartment that make you feel like you are stepping back in time. The space is light and breezy!

This apartment is spacious and has beautiful views from each of the windows all along the apartment! The decor is fresh and vibrant and the design is true to its era.
It feels like you've escaped and gone back in time with all the original Craftsman charm!
Being close to the downtown area, parking can be a challenge to find a spot close by after 6 pm. If you are planning to have an extended stay (two weeks or more) you can ask me if I have a parking space available.
