This charming 1914 Craftsman home is perfect for your time in Long Beach. It is centrally located to Long Beach's best spots and is a few blocks from the beach. Plus, it conveniently features a long driveway for easy parking (which, in this desirable area of Long Beach, is hard to come by). This home is vibrant, has a beautiful indoor/outdoor feel, and is simply lovely for time spent together.
The space
This airbnb is the main house. There is a studio above it and a small guest house in the yard. The yard space is shared between all three but each also has an outdoor space that is more private too.

Guest access
You have access to the driveway for parking. The washer and dryer are right outside the back door. Anything in the home is for your use! Please enjoy the porch, deck, and fire pit, as well as the shared yard space! It is fenced in if you are traveling with a child or pet.
There is a permanent tenant upstairs, who has their own outdoor access and won't bother you at all. The outdoor stairs and balcony are off limits because this is their private space. There are also friendly tenants in the guest house in the back, who have 2 small dogs, so we ask that you keep the gates shut.
Other things to note
The TV has Roku, so you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, AmazonPrime, etc. accounts and enjoy watching your favorite shows and movies.
