Each prospective tenant over the age of 18 must submit an application, and each application requires a $40 processing fee.

1) Required: Monthly gross income of 3 times the rental amount (Must be verifiable income), three months of Payroll Stubs, Bank Statements and Driver's License or ID for each applicant, including Co-signer. Co-signers are acceptable for income but not credit.

2) Show a 5 year tenant / landlord history & 5 year job history.

3) No evictions & Centennial is looking for good credit with a FICO score of 680 or better.

4) Dogs are limited to 25lbs or less. Sorry No Section 8. We have outlined our Qualification Guidelines to avoid a prospective applicant paying a $40 application fee and not being approved, as the application fee is NOT refundable.
