Guest access
Guests have access to everything inside the apartment and the deck out front. They also will get a code to be able to use the garage.
Other things to note
Parking can be hard to find in this area after 5 pm when everyone is coming home from work. You will be provided access to a small garage in the alley. It can be quite a life savor to have a garage and not have to worry about parking, however, it does take a little bit getting used to the size. We are not liable for any damages to your vehicle, so use at your own risk. I suggest using Uber, Lyft or walking as often as you can.
