Residences designed to make the everyday extraordinary.

Welcome to Centennial Properties. We’ve been in the Residential Property Management Business since 1988, the year that celebrated the Centennial of the founding of our great city of Long Beach, and thus our company name. We’ve been located in the same Belmont Heights neighborhood since 1991.

Living it up in Coastal Long Beach.

At Centennial, we believe a true community shouldn't be gated or fenced in – it should meld into its surroundings. That's why we chose beautiful Coastal Long Beach for our business location.

If you are looking to relocate to the Coastal Southern California Area for your next house or apartment rental, then consider these reasons Coastal Long Beach might be the next place you call home. We think there are three distinct advantages to relocating to Coastal Long Beach.

First- Coastal Long Beach is more affordable. We estimate that a house or apartment in our beautiful beach area is usually 20 to 35% less expensive to rent than with comparable rental units in other Coastal Southern California cities, such as Huntington Beach, Seal Beach, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, or Santa Monica. You get much more value for your rent money when you choose to rent in Coastal Long Beach.

Second- Coastal Long Beach is centrally located in the general Southern California area. Within a 40 minute commute, you can get to Downtown Los Angeles, Pasadena, Anaheim, Newport Beach, Irvine, and many other areas.

Third- Coastal Long Beach has a wonderful variety of housing architecture. Our own rental portfolio has a selection of California Bungalows, Craftsman Style, Spanish Style, Mid-Century Modern, etc.

So when considering the multitude of Coastal Southern California areas to locate your next home, please take a look at Coastal Long Beach as a part of your search, and Centennial Properties in particular. Your rent dollars will go a lot further with us; your commute to work, school, and entertainment will be shorter, and your choices of Architectural Style will provide you with a near perfect place to fit your personality for your next place to call home.

Coworking Space

WEWORK & commongrounds, DOWNTOWN LONG BEACH

Long Beach is one of the coolest emerging waterfront cities between San Francisco and San Diego. In the center of all of the action sits WeWork’s Long Beach office space. The area’s creative, breezy energy is palpable in our coworking and private offices, with unique features like an outdoor patio and woven string-art installation.

Cuisine

Roe Seafood, East 2nd

While Long Beach (oddly) isn’t considered a seafood town, thankfully there’s Roe, a walk-up turned food truck turned full-service restaurant giving LBC denizens their crustacean fix. Add in a fantastic cocktail program and casual sister eatery Roe Xpress next door, and you have a one-stop shop for all your seafood needs.

Cuisine

The Ordinarie, The Promenade North

Taverns work well in any city, and Long Beach’s Ordinarie is a perfect fit in Downtown’s Promenade. It’s the spot to find comfort food like the pot roast plate, lobster roll, or a pot pie. Behind the bar, cocktails were recently given a revamp to accompany the quality beer selection.
